چکیده
Although integrated process planning and scheduling (IPPS) problem is studied extensively as with due-date assignment (SWDDA) in the literature, there are only a few studies on integration of these three manufacturing functions which planning, scheduling, assignment. Since outputs upper stream effect downstream higher gives better global performance, it to integrate functions. In this study earliest (EDD) using hybrid evolutionary strategies (RS/ES) simulated annealing algorithms (RS/SA). Ordinary solutions (OS), random search (RS) solutions, (ES) (SA) compared each other ES SA, RS. According results, found best results obtained highest level. SA methods gave RS OS, RS/ES RS/SA techniques were promising techniques.

An Integrated Model of Project Scheduling and Material Ordering: A Hybrid Simulated Annealing and Genetic Algorithm
This study aims to deal with a more realistic combined problem of project scheduling and material ordering. The goal is to minimize the total material holding and ordering costs by determining the starting time of activities along with material ordering schedules subject to some constraints. The problem is first mathematically modelled. Then a hybrid simulated annealing and genetic algorithm is...
متن کاملSolving Weighted Number of Operation Plus Processing Time Due-Date Assignment, Weighted Scheduling and Process Planning Integration Problem Using Genetic and Simulated Annealing Search Methods
Traditionally, the three important manufacturing functions, which are process planning, scheduling and due-date assignment, are performed separately and sequentially. For couple of decades, hundreds of studies are done on integrated process planning and scheduling problems and numerous researches are performed on scheduling with due date assignment problem, but unfortunately the integration of ...
متن کاملDue-date assignment and maintenance activity scheduling problem
In the scheduling problem addressed in this note we have to determine: (i) the job sequence, (ii) the (common) due-date, and (iii) the location of a rate modifying (maintenance) activity. Jobs scheduled before (after) the due-date are penalized according to their earliness (tardiness) value. The processing time of a job scheduled after the maintenance activity decreases by a job-dependent facto...

This research deals with a hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with parallel batching, machine eligibility, unrelated parallel machine, and different release dates to minimize the sum of the total weighted earliness and tardiness (ET) penalties. In parallel batching situation, it is supposed that number of machine in some stages are able to perform a certain number of jobs simultaneously. First...
